Procedure for Recruitment

Finding the finest talent to fill up vacant positions at your company can be made easier by hiring a sound recruitment agency that understands your special needs. The initial step of recruitment is for you submit a recruitment application form with us. Once you have submitted this form, you are done. Now it is MUGHAL TRADERS turn to find the finest candidates for you to choose from. We work diligently round-the-clock on our database repositories' updation and maintenance. Our E-recruiting system is under the supervision of highly qualified and extremely reliable personnel. We cautiously match the requirements of our clients with applicants in our database. We also use different statistical tools and techniques to make the recruitment process as unique and un-biased as possible.

After short listing the applicants, we send their records to the employer for further processing and consideration. The employer then sends back the processed information to our Human Resources department along with time schedules for interviews of shortlisted candidates. The HR department then sends emails, calls and messages the shortlisted candidates for the interview. MUGHAL TRADERS makes arrangements for interviews by establishing a platform where both the interviewer and interviewee can interact in the best possible manner.

Following is a brief summary of the various steps and features of our recruitment cycle:

Permission from the Protector
On receipt of Power of Attorney OR wekala and letter of demand, we seek permission from Protector of emigrants, we have to obtain a written sanction from Protector of Emigrants, Government of Pakistan for recruitment of each batch as demanded by our principals.

Advertising
After confirmation of this sanction, job facilities are advertised in widely circulated daily newspapers. Without this sanction vacancies cannot even be advertised.

Candidates Selection Processing
MUGHAL TRADERS Employment Services employs a strategic recruitment and selection process to ensure that we have the RIGHT PEOPLE IN THE RIGHT JOBS, to help us achieve out mission and our strategic direction. Our selection process is summarized below.

Short Listing
Initial screening is done by MUGHAL TRADERS through face to face interviews. Key responsibilities of each job are outlined in the job posting and the qualification, including education, experience, knowledge and skills are listed. Once a competition has closed, all applications received are reviewed in relation to the posted qualifications and a short list of candidates is established.

Testing and Other Assessments
For certain positions, short listed candidates will be scheduled for testing. The most common type of testing we do is in Different Trades, Such as Mason, Shuttering Carpenter, Steel Fixer, Electrician, Surveyor, etc (see jobs Option). This is done for all positions at the different trades test centers. Other types of testing may be administered, as required, for different positions.

Other assessment methods may be used in the selection process. For example, candidates for an instructor position may be asked to prepare and / or deliver a lesson plan, allowing the panel to assess candidate's instructional abilities.

Interviews
Candidates, who have successfully completed testing, if required, are invited to attend a interview before the panel of employer's, delegation or by telephonic interview.

Medical Test
We pay a lot of attention to this very important factor, No chances are taken where the physical suitability of a person is concerned. We engage the services of a top city clinic to determine this aspect of each candidate in order to absolutely ensure that the physical condition is as tested by the medical authorities certified. The medical examination includes Blood, Urine and Stool examination, H.I.V, Hepatitis, Chest X-ray and physical examination conducted in a most modern hospital.

Endorsement of Visa
After successful medical examination, various documents such as Experience Certificate Religious Certificate and Character Certificate are attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Pakistan. In the last, Foreign Service Agreement is then executed for submission to the Principal Country's Consulate for endorsement of Visa.

After Endorsement of visa, clearance is obtained from Protector of Immigrants govt. of Pakistan.

Departure Schedule of Candidate
After reservation of seat(s) as confirmed according to the schedule of the employer, information is sent to the principal for the arrival date/time of the employee(s) by fax/email so that arrangements by the employer are made to receive them at the airport on arrival.

Time Frame for Processing Cases

  • Permission obtaining from Protector of Emigrants Govt. of Pakistan 1 day.
  • Advertisement and Provisionally selection 1 to 3 days.
  • Visa Endorsement by Embassy / Consulate 1 day.
  • Personnel Insurance & Signing and Approval of F.S.A's by (Emigration Office) & Ticketing 1 day.
