Selection Procedure
By advertising the job vacancies in the leading news; we initially scrutinize the applicants and then call the most appropriate candidates for the preliminary interview. After the applicants have passed through our interview board, we put through them on second phase of extensive practical test (where required).
We also ensure that every employee undergoes a medical examination to satisfy the health requirements and physical fitness standards set forth by employers. This examination is conducted by qualified doctors approved by G.C.C and their written reports sent to the Employer. These check-ups usually include:
- Urine test
- Blood test for V.D. etc.
- Chest X-ray
- All other vaccination etc is done as per international rules for Emigrants.
In final process, we select only those personnel who have qualified all the tests and are most suitable and appropriate to the requirements of the employer and arrange for the selected personal to sign a Foreign Service agreement. This agreement is meant to satisfy the laws operating in the countries of origin and employment. In addition, this document can include any special condition as prescribed by the employer, within legal framework of country of employment.
