Visa Pre-Requisite

Pre-Requisite for Employer:

1. Power of Attorney (Wakala) through www.enjazit.com.sa
2. Demand Letter clearly specifying the Terms of Employment.
3. Copy of the Commercial Registration (CR) of the Employers Company OR Copy of the Sponsor's Identity Card (Tabiya).
4. Copy of the Visa Payment Slip (Ammar Tehsil).

Note: The Power of Attorney (Wakala) should be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We are responsible for the visa endorsement/stamping process and collection of the passport from the concerned Embassy / Consulate. After stamping visa, we submit passports for registration with the Protector of Emigrants and after getting approval each candidate required to be deposited a certain amount in Government treasury as protector of emigrates & welfare fund fee. This process is normally completed within 24 hours from the time of submission of passports and documents to the concerned authority.

As a part of our continuing commitment of services to our clients we provide a number of services to the employer and concerned employees to have a sustained relationship and also to make the job of the employer easy and realistic. Booking of seats is done by our office and the employer as well as the employee is informed through E-mail, fax and phone.

Pre-Requisite for Applicant:

1. Curriculum Vitae.
2. All Education + Experience Certificates.
3. Original Computerized Passport [with all earlier passports, if any].
4. Original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
5. Copy of National Identity Card of Nominee.
6. Medical Clearance Report from Approved Medical Centers only.
7. Photographs – passport-size with blue background – 15 nos.
8. Photographs – 4 x 6 cm with off-white background – 04 nos.
