Visa Procedure
The Government of Pakistan has laid down certain rules under the Immigration Act 1979 for manpower recruitment on behalf of Overseas Employers. Based on that, we require the following documents from employer to proceed:
- Letter of Authority
The Consulates/Embassies in all counties require a Letter of Authority from the principals authorizing M/S MUGHAL TRADERS LIC NO 0305/KAR in Pakistan to recruit the personnel on their behalf and submit/collect passports from the concerned Embassy/Consulate. This letter should be addressed to the Embassy/Consulate Karachi/Islamabad (Pakistan) and must be typed. - Power of Attorney
The Principal would give or send us a POWER OF ATTORNEY appointing M/S MUGHAL TRADERS LIC NO 0305/KAR in Pakistan as their authorized recruiting agent and to carry out all acts and deeds in connection with the recruitment of personnel from the Pakistan. This letter must be typed. - Demand Letter
The Principal would give or send us a Demand Letter specifying the Number of Workers. Categories, Salaries, Terms, Conditions and Facilities. This letter must also be typed. - Visa Slip
We also need the block visa slip issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, if in case the visa pertains to various countries then an attested photocopy be provided to us.(BY ENJAZIT.COM.SA) - Agreement of Service
We also require the service agreements between the principals and the workers in related counties.
On receipt of these documents, We obtain permission from the protector office and then places advertisements in newspaper to find out the most suitable candidates. All the resumes are sort out by our experts team and also forwarded to you, as per the desire.
The final evaluation will be subject to procedure determined by your organization. To ensure maximum competency; we arrange spot interviews by your representatives on one week notice as per company aspiration. If the employer prefers to interview the candidates through his own representative, then we also make arrangement for it.
After the ultimate selection, all formalities regarding trade tests, medical examination, approval from protector of immigrants, visas stamping from Saudi Consulate, insurance & air tickets are processed for the selected candidates.
